15cm and 58kg. It is long and loose on the stomach area but fits well on my legs. It is a stretch material after all. I could probably go one size smaller but it might be too tight on the legs. I have completed a one hour pure squat session and it held well. I didnt sweat more than the usual on the leg area so air circulation is good but it does feel a bit warmer just like wearing a leggings. I have washed and dried this in 40degrees celcius and didnt get damaged. Only time will tell if this will last long. Probably longer if hand washed but for the price, I think I will risk it.

Плотные, хорошо тянутся, посадка высокая, подтягивают область живота, чувствуешь себя в них очень комфортноВыбирала по отзывам, заказала размер L и не ошиблась, в самый раз на 48-50. На мой рост 162, чуть длинноваты, но это не беда, просто на щиколотке небольшая гармошечка получается. Это нисколько не портит внешний вид. Взяла их для занятий в спортзале.
